Flower Basket

Least Expensive Quality Hanging flower basket?

I would like to buy a quality flowering handing basket, and am wondering if going to a Walmart or Home Depot offers the same quality as a Wagner's or Bachmans?.... this is in the Twin Cities MN ares. Thanks!

1. hello carol, you can check out dollar general store big lots or if you want to buy in quantity check out park-seeds wholesale web site . i hope this helps you we buy around 500 per season.
