How can I send Flowers internationally to Elbasan, Albania? I have tried so many different international flower delivery companies to see how I how can send flowers to my loved ones in Elbasan, Albania and every time that I order flowers and fill out the address, I have gotten the same answer. That there is no delivery service in that area. Does anyone have an idea?

1. try the internet and check close by flower shops to ur family members and try to call them.and arrange a way to pay.
